Claiming your listing is completely free, forever. You get full control to add wines, photos, and information at no cost. Premium features are available if you want advanced capabilities, but there's no obligation to upgrade.
What are the VIP Network requirements?
We recommend offering buy-one-get-one tastings plus 10% off bottle purchases, but you can customize your offer to fit your business model. All offers are subject to our approval to ensure value for VIP members. It's completely free for wineries to join.
How do I verify VIP members?
VIP members show their active membership status in the VinoSeeker app. Your staff simply confirms visually and asks them to tap ‘Redeem Benefit’ in the app to record the visit. It's simple and takes just seconds.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to Premium or Reserve features at any time. If you're on a paid tier, you can downgrade with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts.
What promotional materials do I need to display for Enhanced tier?
We provide downloadable table tents, posters, and QR codes in your admin panel. Simply print and display them in your tasting room. We make it easy with ready-to-print templates.
How many visitors will I get?
