A more visual VinoSeeker

It’s been quiet here on the news front — but behind the scenes we’ve been doing some of the most important work we’ve ever done, and we’re finally ready to show it off.
The unglamorous part first. Most of our recent effort went into the things you don’t see: a rebuilt data pipeline and a serious push on data integrity. A huge piece of that was gathering real imagery — cover photos for the wineries and the actual bottle labels for the wines they pour — and making sure the right image lands on the right listing and the right wine.
Which unlocked the fun part. With all that imagery in place, we gave VinoSeeker a top-to-bottom visual overhaul. The app used to lean on little icons; now it leans on the real thing.
- Sips & tastings are rich cards now — the wine’s label or the venue’s photo front and center, with your rating, notes, and who you were with right there.
- Your activity feed got the same treatment, with likes and comments built right into each card.
- Your library shows every wine with its label, drinking-window range, and bottle count — tap to see each vintage and where it’s stored.
- Your lists now appear as photo mosaics of the places inside them.
- Your profile has a fresh header that pulls it all together.
There’s more polish on the way, but this felt like the right moment to break the silence. Thanks for sticking with us while we did the quiet work — now pour something good and have a look around. 🍷
