Adamant Cellars, established in 2006 by Devin and Debra Stinger, is a winery based in Walla Walla, Washington, within the esteemed Walla Walla AVA. The winemaking team's passion for crafting outstanding wines shines through in their artistically crafted, sensory-saturated varietals featuring signature grapes such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo. Their uncompromised winemaking style retains varietal and vintage integrity, yielding balanced and approachable wines that naturally capture the essence of select grapes and the Walla Walla Valley terroir. The winery sources its grapes from a selection of esteemed vineyards, including Dwelley Vineyard, Philips Vineyard (estate grown), Les Collines, Minnick Hills Vineyard, and Knox Road Vineyard. Adamant Cellars' tasting room and winery are located in the Walla Walla airport region, an area rich in WWII history as the training grounds for the 91st Heavy Bombardment group. Visitors can experience their passion for crafting exceptional wines by joining the Joy Club wine club, which offers exclusive pricing on limited-production wines, priority notifications of new releases, and invitations to private receptions and dinners. The winery is open by scheduled appointment in January and February, and from March through December, it welcomes visitors Friday through Sunday and by appointment.
