ADEA WINERY

Adea Winery is a family-owned winery based in Yamhill County, Oregon's Willamette Valley. Founded by the Fisher family, Adea has been producing high-quality Pinot Noir wines since 1990, initially releasing their first vintage as Fisher Family Cellars in 1995. The winery transitioned to its current name and location in Gaston in 2002, where it now operates as a custom-crush facility. Adea focuses on showcasing the region's premium terroir through carefully selected vineyards across various AVAs, including Yamhill-Carlton District, Dundee Hills, Chehalem Mountains, McMinnville, and North Willamette Valley. Approximately 90% of their production is Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc making up the remaining share. The winery's attention to detail extends from harvest to bottle, with Dean Fisher at the helm as winemaker, assisted by his daughter Erica. Adea offers a range of Pinot Noir labels, including Dean-O's, Reserve, Ann Sigrid, Willamette Valley, and vineyard-designated bottlings. Wine enthusiasts can experience Adea's wines through their wine club or by visiting the winery by appointment only.
