Airfield Estates

Airfield Estates is a fourth-generation, family-owned winery and vineyard located in the Yakima Valley AVA in Washington state. The estate spans nearly 800 acres, with over 20 varietals planted, and has been farmed for more than five decades. Their winemaking philosophy emphasizes hands-on farming experience, thoughtful vineyard stewardship, and a deep understanding of their land to craft well-balanced wines that showcase varietal character and terroir. Airfield Estates is known for its blends, including the 2022 Runway and 2023 Hellcat, as well as its reserve releases, such as the 2022 Reserve Merlot and 2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery also produces a Sangiovese Rosé. Their wines are estate-grown and reflect both their agricultural roots and the history of aviation on the property, which was once used as a training base for pilots during World War II. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings at one of their tasting rooms, open daily, with options to book reservations in advance. The winery also offers a wine club with discounts on estate-grown wines.
