Angelita Vineyard and Winery

Angelita Vineyard & Winery is a small boutique winery located in Angus, just south of Corsicana, TX, within Navarro County. The winery is owned by Beverly and Rodney Spahn, who planted their first 200 Blanc du Bois vines in the Spring of 2010 on their estate vineyards. These vines were named after Rodney's mother-in-law, Angelita, a strong-willed woman who overcame adversity to pursue her dreams, including becoming a nurse despite never completing formal education. The winery is managed by Beverly, while Rodney serves as both winemaker and vineyard manager. Angelita Vineyard & Winery offers a range of wines, including reds, whites, blush, and sparkling varieties, which can be enjoyed on-site through wine tastings, flights, or by the glass or bottle. The tasting room features soft music and an assortment of cheese plates, while outdoor seating allows guests to take in the views of their Blanc du Bois vines as the sun sets over Texas. The winery hosts various events, including holiday specials, harvest parties, and live music performances, which can be found on their website or Facebook page. Private events and appointments are available upon request for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and other special occasions.
