Arabilis

Arabilis Wines is a small-production winery based in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA of Oregon's Willamette Valley, founded by husband-and-wife team Kenny and Allison McMahon in 2020. Both owners hold PhDs in wine, combining scientific expertise with meticulous vineyard sourcing to craft acclaimed Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and traditional method sparkling wines. The winery emphasizes site expression, balance, and precision in its winemaking approach, reflecting a partnership-driven philosophy that prioritizes close relationships with growers who share their regenerative, sustainable vision. Arabilis sources grapes from sites within the Eola-Amity Hills, McMinnville, Van Duzer, and Columbia Gorge AVAs, with a focus on estate-grown fruit whenever possible. The winery's tasting experience is intimate and behind-the-scenes, taking place in its working production space under the guidance of the winemakers themselves.
