Aramenta Winery

Aramenta Cellars is a small winery located in the Ribbon Ridge Estate within the Willamette Valley's smallest AVA, also known as Ribbon Ridge. This 36-acre estate has been in the family since Darlene Looney's Aunt Ethel Aramenta Evans married George Colby Carter, and over time, parcels were developed and sold off, leaving a small portion of the original farm intact. The winery is owned by Ed and Darlene Looney, who established it in 2003. Aramenta Cellars specializes in handcrafted Pinot Noir, as well as Chardonnay and Tillie Claret, with a focus on showcasing the unique characteristics of the Ribbon Ridge terroir. The tasting experience takes place in a small rustic farm setting, providing a relaxing and serene atmosphere for visitors to sample their wines. With its picturesque location and family history, Aramenta Cellars offers a charming and intimate wine experience.
