Authentique Wine Cellars is a winery based in Oregon that explores the essence of single vineyard wines and the artistry of blending. Founded by Nicholas Keeler, a winemaker with a background in International Business and Spanish, who was influenced by his great-grandfather's wine merchant experience in Germany and his own studies in Barcelona and Oaxaca. The winery is known for its focus on authenticity, working with Tilth Organic and Demeter Biodynamic certified vineyards, as well as historic own-rooted and old-vine sites. Each wine is crafted to express the energy of a place, a vintage, and the people behind it. The winemaking style is characterized by an emphasis on oak, wine, and time, with a dialogue between these elements that is evident in their wines. Authentique's portfolio includes wines from its own estate vineyard, as well as other certified organic and biodynamic sites.
