Balic Winery

Balic' Winery is a family-owned winery located in Mays Landing, New Jersey, within the Outer Coastal Plain AVA. The winery was founded by Savo Balić, a former vine-grower from the Adriatic Sea, who migrated to the United States and acquired a 57-acre vineyard in 1966. His nephew, Bojan Boskovic, joined him in 1993, bringing European winemaking expertise that has contributed to the production of over 27 award-winning fine handcrafted wines with a distinct European accent. The winery's signature style is characterized by its traditional European approach to winemaking, which emphasizes quality and authenticity. Visitors can explore the vineyard and tasting room, where they can sample from a wide range of wines, including dry reds, dry whites, semi-sweet wines, rosé, sparkling wines, and fruit-infused wines.
