Bethlehem Vineyard

Bethlehem Vineyard, in Bethlehem, grows estate Cayuga, St. Croix, and Traminette, and sources California Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and old-vine Lodi Zinfandel for its bottlings. Its lineup includes estate-grown Cayuga White, a Christmas Town Red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the old-vine Zinfandel Holiday Cheer, and a lightly sweetened rosé made from three estate-grown grapes. The property also produces TLC - Town Line Cider. The tasting room opens only on selected dates, with most visits running from 1pm to 5pm and shorter December hours. Wine can be ordered online year-round; pickup is by appointment only, and shipping is available. The vineyard also schedules seasonal events such as a holiday vendor day and Christmas card stamping.
