Bitner Vineyards

Bitner Vineyards is a Members-only winery located in the Snake River Valley of Idaho, established in 1981. The estate-grown, handcrafted wines reflect the unique terroir of the region and are highly sought after due to their small production (1,200-1,500 cases per year). Bitner Vineyards holds certifications for sustainable practices, including LIVE Certified Sustainable Vineyard, Salmon-Safe certified, and Bee Friendly Farm. The winery is committed to respecting its workers and community while promoting bee-friendly farming practices. A limited number of non-member reservations are available in advance for wine tastings on Fridays and Saturdays. Members enjoy a more individualized tasting experience at the intimate patio with a spectacular view. Bitner Vineyards has received numerous awards, including Double Gold medals at the 2024 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and the Cascadia International Wine Competition. The winery is also featured in the Idaho PBS documentary "Beyond the Buzz," highlighting its efforts to protect pollinators.
