Founded by Markus and Liz Bokisch in 1999, the winery has been redefining Spanish wines for over 25 years through their dedication to sustainable and organic farming practices. Their estate vineyard showcases a unique microclimate, allowing them to produce a range of Spanish varietals, including Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Graciano, in addition to Albariño and Tempranillo, which are the winery's flagship wines. Visitors can enjoy various experiences, from vineyard tours to wine tastings, designed to immerse them in the rich history and vibrant flavors of Spanish wines. The tasting room is open Monday through Thursday from 12:00pm-5:00pm and Friday-Sunday from 11:00am-5:00pm, with reservations recommended.
