C3 Corral Creek Cellars

Corral Creek Cellars, also known as C3, is a winery based in Chelan, Washington, that combines French and Italian varietals to create unique Tuscan-inspired red blends. The winemaking team, led by owner and winemaker Dana Smith, sources grapes exclusively from the Red Mountain AVA, with some additional production coming from the Lake Chelan AVA. Their wines include a Super Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon (XST), as well as a signature Bordeaux-style blend featuring 100% free-run Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec (XXX). The winery also produces a Sparkling Rosé from Syrah in the Columbia Valley AVA and a dry still Rosé from Pinot Noir in Chelan. Dana Smith, a recent graduate of the WSU Enology Program, has been involved in the wine industry for nearly 10 years alongside her husband Dave. The couple's passion for wine is reflected in their wines, which are designed to be approachable and enjoyable. The winery's tasting room is currently closed for the season but will reopen in spring 2026, allowing visitors to experience the wines firsthand.
