Camas Cove Cellars

Camas Cove Cellars is a boutique winery located in Moses Lake, Washington, within the Columbia Basin wine appellation. The vineyard's unique microclimate, with over 300 days of sunshine per year, allows for warm and sunny conditions that thrive grape growth. The sandy volcanic ash soil contributes to rich flavors in the grapes, adding depth and complexity to their wines. Dennis and Nancy Parr, the winery's founders, have a passion for nurturing plants, which began with growing giant pumpkins in 2001. After years of experimenting with pumpkin cultivation, they transitioned to planting wine grapes in 2004, initially focusing on Syrah, Roussanne, Chardonnay, and Counoise varieties. The winery's mission is to produce outstanding wines at affordable prices, crafted in the classic style of Bordeaux, France, while showcasing unique flavors from each harvest. As self-taught vintners, Dennis and Nancy strive to create age-worthy wines that can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for later. Their daughter Kathleen assists with winery operations and has her own business as a glassblower.
