Cape Cod Winery

Cape Cod Winery is a family-run winery on Oxbow Road in East Falmouth, Massachusetts, a few miles from the ocean on Cape Cod's southwest corner. Pete and Erika Orlandella purchased the winery in 2013 and moved it to its current location in 2014; their children and extended family often work the tastings, fields, and gift shop. The property sits on land that was one of the area's first strawberry farms in the early 1900s and later became a potato and dairy farm, continuing the region's agricultural legacy. The winery produces more than ten wines and sparkling wines, including Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Grenache-based Rosé Mermaid Water, a Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon-Zinfandel red blend, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, cranberry and blueberry wines blended with Riesling, and sparkling Blanc de Blancs and Rosé. Visitors can order wine flights or glasses at outdoor seating areas set over crushed seashells, and the on-site Mermaid Kitchen food truck serves locally sourced food. The winery is dog friendly, family friendly, and hosts live music, yoga, and other events.
