Champagne Caze Thibaut

Champagne Cazé-Thibaut is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, on the Right Bank, in Châtillon-sur-Marne. With a history spanning 10 generations, the estate has been dedicated to crafting authentic Champagnes that reflect their terroir since 1953. The current owner, Fabien Cazé, perpetuates this tradition by creating precise and elegant wines that showcase the diversity of their parcels. The winery's philosophy is centered around respecting the soil, passion for wine, and sharing their expertise with visitors. They employ traditional methods such as manual labor, griffage, and binage to accompany the growth of their vines and optimize grape maturation. Herbicides and insecticides are strictly avoided in favor of natural practices. Their Champagnes undergo a long aging process on fine lees, ranging from 24 to 72 months, before being disgorged with minimal dosage. The winery produces several cuvées, including Les Classiques (100% Pinot Meunier), Les Fourches (100% Chardonnay), Jossias (100% Pinot Noir), and Les Leriens (a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir).
