Chateau Bianca Winery

Chateau Bianca Winery is a family-owned and operated winery located in the Mid-Willamette Valley, just outside of Dallas, Oregon. Established in 1990, the winery produces a range of wines under its own label, as well as Chateau Bianca and Opulent Brands, which reflect the high-quality grapes sourced from prestigious Oregon vineyards. The Wetzel family's winemaking tradition spans four generations, with Andreas Wetzel at the helm, producing award-winning wines in the Willamette Valley for over 35 years. The winery employs a unique vertical upright canopy system to enhance air circulation and flavor profiles in its wines. Chateau Bianca is known for its Pinot Noir, as well as other varietals such as Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Marechal Foch, Chardonnay, and specialty products like Sparkling Wines, Ruby Port, Vin de Glace, and Northwest Comfort (a proprietary hotspiced wine recipe).
