Columbia Ridge Winery

Columbia Ridge Winery is a family-owned and operated winery situated on 10 verdant acres just outside of Ridgefield, Washington. The winery's origin story dates back to 2011 when Tom and Angela Sanchez purchased the property with plans to build a new home and plant a small vineyard. After learning about the local wine industry and visiting nearby vineyards, they began dreaming of opening their own winery. With the first grapes harvested in 2017 and 2018, Columbia Ridge Winery started producing high-quality wines from their estate vineyard and other sourced varietals from Eastern Washington's Columbia Valley. The winery is known for its small-batch, handcrafted approach to winemaking, with a focus on uncompromising care and attention to detail. Visitors can experience the winery's warm hospitality and beautifully crafted wines in their tasting room, which offers wine tastings, light fare, and relaxation without requiring reservations. The winery is open weekends from 12pm-6pm, with occasional closures for events or private functions. Angela Sanchez, a former dental hygienist turned winemaker, is the heart and soul of Columbia Ridge Winery's operations, overseeing daily activities and contributing to the creation of their wines alongside her husband Tom.
