Cória Estates

Cória Estates is a Mexican-American family-owned vineyard, winery, and tasting room in the rolling hills of South Salem, Oregon, within the Willamette Valley AVA. Founded by Luis and Janice Coria, the project grew from Luis's upbringing helping his father farm in Mexico and the couple's purchase of a small South Salem property in 1988. Their inaugural vintage was in 2013, and the family now marks a decade of winemaking. The estate centers on Pinot Noir as its cornerstone, crafting single-clone series, estate blends, and reserve selections alongside Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, and rosé bubbles. The Coria family takes a holistic, minimal-intervention approach, with Luis as the grower and the mother-daughter duo at the heart of the operation. Visitors taste on the Estate Patio, a Mexican-influenced setting of hand-crafted stone architecture and palm trees overlooking the estate vineyard and the Willamette Valley, with wines by the flight, glass, or bottle and light bites from the kitchen.
