Corollary Wines

Corollary Wines is an Oregon winery dedicated to exploring the terroir of the Willamette Valley through sparkling wine production. Founded by Jeanne and Dan in 2017, the winery has since grown to produce around 2000 cases annually. Corollary's early years focused on understanding the relationships between site selection, farming choices, winemaking practices, and finished wines, with a goal of creating an integrated, regenerative agricultural system for sparkling wine production. The winery currently operates in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, where it has developed 57 acres of land exclusively for sparkling wine production. Corollary's tasting room, designed by Waechter Architecture and Heirloom Modern, opened in May 2024 to critical acclaim, earning a Citation Award from the American Institute of Architects. Jeanne and Dan are also co-founders of Method Oregon, an organization championing traditional method sparkling wines in Oregon. The winery's focus on regenerative agriculture and innovative production methods reflects its commitment to elevating Oregon's reputation as a premier sparkling wine region.
