Cottonwood Cider House

Cottonwood Cider House is a North Dakota-based cidery located in Ayr, ND, within the state's largest commercial organic mixed fruit orchard, Cottonwood Farm. As the first cidery in North Dakota, they craft their ciders from apples grown on-site by fourth-generation family-owned farm. The taproom and restaurant are open seasonally from late May to early October, offering a variety of fan favorite and experimental ciders made in-house by lead cider maker Dan Heising. Weekend meals and Sunday brunch are available, with each menu crafted by Head Chef Stacy Heising. Kids and dogs are welcome at the cidery, which also offers non-alcoholic beverages and food items for smaller children.
