Dennis Drummond Wine

Dennis Drummond Wine Co. opened in 2017 just south of Brainerd, Minnesota, along Thiesse Road, becoming one of the first wineries in Crow Wing County. The Drummonds, Dennis and Jody, moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area from California in the mid-2000s and spent years planning the facility before opening it as a winery, bistro, and event center. Dennis Drummond is an award-winning winemaker with a master's degree in fermentation science from UC Davis and more than twenty-five years of experience in the wine industry. The winery produces house wines including rose, white, chardonnay, red, cabernet, dessert wine, and sangria. Visitors can taste in the tasting room, take wine tours, eat at the bistro-style restaurant, or book the Ballroom and event spaces for weddings and gatherings. Jody Drummond, the general manager and events coordinator, brings more than thirty years of hospitality, restaurant, and catering experience to the operation.
