Deroco Cellars

Deroco Cellars is a community-rooted tasting room in Palisade, Colorado, that gathers wines from across the state under one roof. It partners with more than 15 Colorado wineries, showcasing each partner's own story, flavors, and method in its tasting room and lounge. Visitors can stop in for a glass or a flight, or shop for bottles to take home. The list includes more than 15 red and white wines, plus fruit wines, ciders, and honey wines. The Elberta Avenue space also doubles as an event venue with an open-concept floor plan for gatherings, banquets, and receptions.
