Dusted Valley

Dusted Valley is a Washington State winery founded in 2003 by brothers-in-law Chad Johnson and Corey Braunel. The family farms three estate vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley, where they craft honest wines with a sense of place under their Dusted Valley and Boomtown labels. Their wine growing philosophies emphasize sustainable practices, low yields, and minimalist winemaking, resulting in wines that showcase their estate vineyards' unique terroir. The winery's distinctive oak program incorporates French oak barrels, as well as oak sourced from Wisconsin, where the founders were born and raised. Dusted Valley offers a range of varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Bordeaux and Rhone Style blends. With a production level of around 6,000 cases annually, the winery has two tasting rooms: one in Walla Walla at the foot of the Blue Mountains, and another near Seattle in Edmonds, Washington. The Stained Tooth Society is their wine club, offering members exclusive access to their wines. Dusted Valley works with national sales and marketing partner Dreyfus, Ashby & Co., who represent them across the United States through a network of distributors.
