Eberle Winery

Eberle Winery is a family-owned producer and marketer of premium wines based in Paso Robles, California. Founded by Gary Eberle in 1979, the winery has been instrumental in showcasing the region's diverse flavors since its inception. With over 64 acres under vine, Eberle produces wines from single varieties and designated vineyards, including Cabernet Sauvignon, which debuted with the iconic boar logo on the 1979 vintage. Gary Eberle's background as a winemaker began while studying cellular genetics at Louisiana State University, where he developed an appreciation for wine and changed his academic path to pursue winemaking. As a pioneer in the Paso Robles Wine Region, Eberle helped establish his family's Estrella River Winery & Vineyards before launching his own project. The winery offers various tasting experiences, including live music events on the Oak Knoll Patio, with wine available by the glass or bottle. Reservations are not required for these events, although some special tastings and events may require advance registration.
