Edio Vineyards

Edio Vineyards is a family-owned winery located in Camino, CA, within the Apple Hill region. The winery honors patriarch Edio Delfino, who, along with his wife Joan, founded the farm in 1962. After years of sharing their products directly from the farm, the Delfino Family now operates Edio Vineyards, which produces wine and Henrietta Stich hard cider. The family's commitment to agriculture is evident in their Folk on the Farm events, held annually since June, featuring live music, food trucks, and wine and cider tastings amidst beautiful views of the 60-year-old farm. The winery's story is deeply rooted in family history, with Edio and Joan Delfino meeting while Edio was attending Cal Poly. The couple purchased their 20-acre farm in Camino, CA, and began sharing it with Apple Hill visitors. Over the years, the family expanded to include a bakery, Joan's Apple Bakery, which is open seasonally during the Fall. In 2017, the fourth generation of Delfinos took over management of the farm, renaming it Delfino Farms and establishing Edio Vineyards as their winery name. Today, the winery remains family-owned and operated, with a diverse group of relatives, significant others, cousins, in-laws, and friends involved in its operations.
