ElderBlossom View Orchard & Winery

ElderBlossom View Orchard & Winery is a working elderberry farm in New Bloomfield, Missouri, in mid-Missouri near Cedar Creek. The orchard grows several elderberry varieties, which are used to produce pure elderberry juice, syrup, and wine, along with elderflower nectar, elderflower mead, and an oak-aged elderberry wine vinegar. The wines range from dry to sweet. The farm avoids harmful herbicides and minimizes soil disruption, working with the surrounding ecosystem. Visitors can taste in an indoor tasting room or relax in an outdoor space surrounded by the elderberry orchard. The property hosts live music and food from local chefs, and guests are welcome to bring their own picnic. A guided walking tour of the elderberry field includes samples of wines, juices, and an elderflower cocktail or mocktail. The farm also sells its products year-round at the Columbia Farmers Market.
