Eleven Winery is a Bainbridge Island-based winery known for producing a range of varietals, including Mourvèdre, Lemberger, Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, Syrah, and Pinot Grigio. The winemaking style at Eleven emphasizes experimentation and innovation, with a focus on showcasing the unique characteristics of each grape variety. Founded by Matt Albee in 2003, the winery began as a small operation in a converted garage on Bainbridge Island before expanding to a larger space in 2011. Today, the winery is led by an all-female team consisting of General Manager Alana Mignano, Tasting Room & Events Manager Ashley Dunlap, and Winemaker Armathia Bolles. Eleven's wines are available for tasting at their on-site facility, where visitors can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and learn about the winemaking process from knowledgeable staff. The winery also offers shipping specials and donates to charitable organizations such as World Bicycle Relief & Bike Works through its Ratio Blanco and Ratio Rosso labels. In addition to its wine production, Eleven has expanded into the hospitality sector with the opening of Eleven Wine Bar in Bremerton's Manette neighborhood in 2026.
