Eternal Wines

Eternal Wines is a boutique winery located on the Southside of the Walla Walla Valley, now based in Milton-Freewater, Oregon, after 11 years in Washington state. The winery focuses on single vineyard wines, particularly Syrah, with 10 different bottlings made in 2016 and currently offering five Syrahs for tasting. They also produce white Rhone varietals such as Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc. Winemaker Brad Binko was awarded Washington State Winemaker of the Year in 2025 and has a background in enology and viticulture from Walla Walla Community College. He has also received the Bill Powers Sabbatical award to study wine-making techniques abroad, including a trip to Chile to focus on Carmenere. Eternal Wines offers a tasting experience featuring single vineyard Rhone varietals made using native fermentation, extended maceration, and non-intrusive winemaking techniques. The winery has a grand tasting room with live music, karaoke, and trivia nights, as well as hosting large groups. They also offer food trucks on site daily serving fresh local fare. The winery's atmosphere is described as an experience, with a focus on enjoying wine, life, and company. With 7 flat screens showing sports events, a 10-seat bar, and a 56-seat patio, Eternal Wines aims to provide more than just wine, including beer and cider options that change regularly.
