Everen Wines is a Walla Walla-based winery founded by Matt Aksel and his wife Hope Trumbull in 2025. The winery's philosophy revolves around creating balanced, fruit-forward wines that are food-friendly with minimal intervention in the cellar. Everen sources grapes from sustainably farmed vineyards across the state, drawing inspiration from the world's top growing regions. The winemaking style is characterized by a focus on complementary parts of a great night, where good food, wine, and hospitality come together. Located at 1823 Old Milton Hwy in Walla Walla, WA, Everen Wines offers a unique tasting experience amidst a beautifully designed outdoor space that evokes the warmth and intimacy of a living room. The property features a 10-acre setting with vineyards and wheat fields, artfully landscaped by Wittman Estes to create a timeless and natural ambiance. Guests can flow at their own pace into the garden and terrace, where they can enjoy wine tastings in an unhurried atmosphere. Reservations are available Thursday through Sunday from 10:30am to 4:00pm, with walk-ins welcome as space allows.
