Everly Farms Minnesota

Everly Farms sits on 43 acres of rolling farmland in Minnetrista, Minnesota, where Lowell and Phyllis Schaper planted 600 apple trees in 1976 and opened what became Minnetonka Orchards. After more than 45 years, the Weigel family, Esther and Frank, took over and reimagined the property as Everly Farms, adding a working vineyard and winery while keeping the orchard at its center. Today the farm produces handcrafted wines and artisanal ciders alongside its apple-growing roots. The Table serves as both the estate restaurant and tasting room. Visitors can pick apples, take hayrides, explore a pumpkin patch and animal barn, and drink in the wine garden; dogs on leash are welcome throughout the grounds. Full orchard activities run on weekends, while weekday visits are limited to the Retail Barn and U-Pick apples.
