Forge Cellars

Forge Cellars is a winery located on the southeastern shore of Seneca Lake in Burdett, New York. The winery specializes in producing cool-climate wines, with a focus on Bone-Dry Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc. Their winemaking philosophy emphasizes traditional, handcrafted methods, with a commitment to purity of vineyard expression. Grapes are harvested by hand, sorted by hand, and fermented using indigenous yeast in small lots.
