Gardien

Gardien is a wine storage facility located in Austin, Texas, serving the surrounding areas of Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and Driftwood. While primarily focused on secure, climate-controlled wine storage for collectors and enthusiasts, Gardien also serves as a gathering place for those who appreciate good company and shared experiences. Today, Gardien operates two sites, with over 21,000 plants spread across 7 hectares. The winery produces a range of wines from both red and white grapes, adhering to eco-friendly practices and vegan vinification methods. While the Texas location is primarily focused on wine storage, it appears to be an extension of the Gardien brand's core values: creating a community bound together by a shared love for elevated wine experiences.
