Grandfather Vineyard Winery

Grandfather Vineyard Winery is a family-owned winery located in the High Country region, sourcing over 65% of their grapes from local areas with the remainder coming from out west. Their winemaking philosophy emphasizes experimentation and creativity while staying true to traditional techniques, resulting in wines that reflect the unique character of their estate-grown fruit. The tasting experience is first-come-first-served at their Tasting Lodge, offering curated flights, glass, and bottle options, as well as seasonal wine spritzers and mocktails. Live music, food trucks, and artisanal vendors are also featured on a weekly schedule. The property is kid- and pet-friendly, with no outside alcohol allowed. Their wines include Pinot Noir, Hair of the Dog (a Cabernet Franc-Merlot blend), Wine Club Red (a Dolcetto-Malbec-Carignan blend), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah, all made on-site from grape to bottle. The winery offers private tastings and tours of their facility one Friday a month.
