Hawk Watch Winery

Hawk Watch Winery, located in Warner Springs, California, is a small San Diego mountain winery that offers an intimate wine tasting experience. Founded by Mike and Lisa Schnell in 2008, after nearly six years of hard work and dedication, the winery prides itself on hand-crafting premium wines using old-world techniques from estate-grown fruit as well as select grapes from local vineyards. The winery's signature varietals include a range of whites, roses, and reds such as Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, and Zinfandel. Due to state regulations, wine shipping is limited to within California. Visitors can enjoy a picnic-friendly atmosphere and explore the surrounding area, which includes nearby Julian and Temecula.
