The wines are crafted using long spontaneous fermentations, aging on the gross lees, and careful racking, filtering, and bottling to preserve their unique terroir expressions. The winery's portfolio includes a range of white wines, including Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Dry Riesling, and Field Blend White #2, as well as red wines like Cabernet Franc (unoaked), Merlot, and Field Blend #3. The winemaking style is characterized by an emphasis on quality grapes, minimal intervention, and a focus on showcasing the unique characteristics of each site. Visitors can enjoy tastings at the winery, which offers walk-in tasting hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11am to 5pm during winter months (December-April).
