Hoodsport Winery

Hoodsport Winery is a small, award-winning winery located on the rural Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. Founded in 1978 by Hoodsport Inc., it was one of the pioneering wineries in the state's wine industry, which has since grown to over six-hundred wineries. The winery produces limited bottlings of premium wines, including traditional vinifera varietals like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as unique varieties such as Island Belle and Madeleine Angevine. Hoodsport is also known for its fruit and berry wines, which have won top awards in international competitions. The winery's tasting room is open daily from 10am to 6pm, offering a selection of their wines, including Cordial Style Wines like Bella Cranberry and Stella Raspberry. In addition to their own wines, Hoodsport also features wines from other Washington State wineries and cideries in their on-site beer and wine shop. The winery is situated just south of the town of Hoodsport on Highway 101, offering stunning views of the Hood Canal and Olympic Mountains.
