Hope Family Wines

Hope Family Wines is a family-owned and operated winery based in Paso Robles, California, with over 30 years of experience farming in the region. The Hopes initially planted apples and grapes in Paso Robles, but it was the terroir's potential for quality red wine production that led them to focus on grape cultivation. Today, their vineyards are home to a range of varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Mourvedre, and Grenache, with an emphasis on low-yielding vines to showcase the region's unique character. Paso Robles' terroir is marked by its rolling hills, oak-studded terrain, and distinct flavor profile of spice, licorice, and berry notes. The winery operates two tasting rooms in Paso Robles: Hope on Park and Austin Hope & Treana Tasting Cellar, offering interactive hands-on tastings during California Wine Month in September and Paso Robles Harvest Wine Month in October. Owner-Winemaker Austin Hope has received recognition for his wines, with one of their Cabernets ranking among the top 10 in the world.
