Illahe Vineyards and Winery

The winery focuses on producing high-quality Pinot Noir and white wines using traditional techniques and materials, including a gentle basket press and aging their Pinot Noir in French oak. Their 80-acre vineyard, situated on shallow clay soils, is farmed without irrigation, aligning with the principles of the Deep Roots Coalition. The winery's commitment to natural winemaking practices extends from soil to bottle, with some wines made entirely by hand, free from modern mechanization and electricity. Visitors can enjoy a tasting experience in their estate tasting room, open Wednesday through Sunday, which offers a flight of six wines, as well as snacks and picnic-friendly atmosphere. The winery welcomes families and pets on the patio and deck, and tastings are complimentary for club members.
