Indian Creek Winery

Indian Creek Winery is a 2nd generation family-owned winery located in the Snake River Valley appellation of Idaho's wine country, approximately 30 minutes outside of Boise. Founded by Bill and Mui Stowe in 1982, the winery has been sustainably grown and operated for over four decades, with a focus on crafting premium wines from their estate-grown grapes. The winery is known for its diverse range of varietals, including Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Dry Rosé, Tempranillo, Riesling, and White Pinot Noir, as well as small-lot wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Moscato, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The winery's vineyard, Stowe Vineyard, spans 20 acres on unique caliche soils at an elevation of 2,700 feet, with a climate characterized by four distinct seasons and moderate rainfall. Indian Creek Winery offers a unique tasting experience, with a focus on community events such as Raptor Fest, Hermit Music Fest, and WinoLympics, which showcase the winery's commitment to sustainable farming practices and crafting wine alongside unique experiences. The winery is open for visits Thursday through Sunday, with a beautiful garden setting featuring hundreds of dahlias, catalpa trees, and a variety of performers during the summer months.
