Isinglass Estate Winery

Isinglass Estate was established in 2016 by the Vore Family on nearly 600 acres in southern Miami County, Kansas. The property centers on what it calls the largest vineyard in Kansas, with about 35 to 40 planted acres and more than a dozen varietals, including Marquette, Brianna, and Francesca. Grapes are tended with help from English Baby Doll sheep for pruning and fertilizing, then harvested, crushed, fermented, finished, and bottled entirely on the estate, producing roughly 3,000 cases of wine each year. Visiting means a full winery resort experience. The tasting room serves estate wine tastings plus American whiskey, bourbon, and tequila flights, alongside a full bar and restaurant menu with flatbreads, appetizers, and brunch. Guests can stay in the GuestHouse, the Cottage, or climate-controlled Covered Wagons, and fill the day with horseback rides around the estate lake, polo matches on a 15-acre field, a petting zoo, farm tours, hiking and fishing, live music, and private events or weddings in the production winery.
