Jessie Creek Winery is located in the Cape May Peninsula AVA, situated between the Delaware Bay and Atlantic Ocean in South Jersey. The winery is known for its small-batch wines produced from 5 acres of vines cultivated in sandy soil. Dr. Bruce Morrison founded Jessie Creek in 2007 after being inspired by his vision of Napa Valley in New Jersey. He enrolled in the Philadelphia Wine School to learn about wine making, tasting, and production before purchasing the property at Jessie Creek Vineyards. The winery has since established itself with award-winning wines, including silver and bronze medal winners in the Garden State Wine Competition for their Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings and pairings, live music every weekend, gourmet market, and monthly art shows. The historic farmhouse, restored in 2019, offers four accommodations with private baths and a walk across the lawn to the winery. Jessie Creek strives to provide an inviting, boutique atmosphere for customers to share special moments with loved ones, collaborating with local vendors and charities along the way.
