The winery focuses on producing single vineyard, single varietal wines with minimal intervention, using native fermentation and unfiltered bottling techniques. Their wines include Chardonnay from the Buhman Vineyard, Sauvignon Blanc from "Alko Ranch", Cabernet Sauvignon from Hartwig Vineyard, Zinfandel from Quartz Block, Verdelho from Vista Luna, and Petite Sirah also from Vista Luna.
