Mafia Princess Wines

Mafia Princess Wines is a Colorado family winery run by Hillary and Casey, who live on the property with their two children and handle the vineyard, winemaking, and tasting room together. The project grew out of Hillary's Italian family stories from 1920s New York about her great-grandmother Rose, whose encounters with a Mafia Don and an arranged marriage earned Hillary the nickname "Mafia Princess." The label reclaims that heritage around loyalty, family, and vintage wines. The portfolio blends Colorado fruit with names drawn from family lore. Current releases include Colorado Nuovo, Tommy Gunner, Velvet Vendetta Merlot, Mia Bella Rosé, Wedding Day Rosé, a pét-nat Riesling, and Moscato. Visitors taste in a tasting room styled with 1920s New York references, and during harvest they may join the family among the vines; the tasting schedule stays limited so work and family life can coexist.
