Mathany Family Vineyards

Mathany Family Vineyards is a family-owned winery in Lake Ozark, Missouri, on the Lake of the Ozarks. Jedidiah and Jackie Mathany opened their 10,000-square-foot winery in late 2023 after buying the Bear Creek vineyard property in 2015 and harvesting their first vintage in 2019. Jed trained in vineyards and wineries across California, France, Australia, and New Zealand before returning to Missouri. The winery makes 100% Missouri-grown wines and hard ciders on site, from sweet to dry, along with wine slushies. The vineyard is farmed sustainably without harsh chemicals or pesticides. Visitors can taste in a family-friendly setting with board games, a full food menu, and craft beers for non-wine drinkers. The location overlooks the Ozarks, and the winery has been named Best Winery at the Lake in 2025 and 2026.
