Maysara Winery

Maysara Winery is a female-owned winery located in Oregon's picturesque wine country. The winery is known for its biodynamic wines, crafted with intention and harmony with the land they farm. Moe and Flora Momtazi founded the estate in 1997 on 496 acres of abandoned wheat farmland, which has since grown to 532 acres. With a passion for sustainability, the winery uses Demeter Certified Biodynamic winemaking techniques and vineyard management practices to produce wines that showcase unadulterated terroir expression. The Momtazi family's commitment to biodynamics is evident in their farming practices, which involve turning over the soil multiple times during the summer to eliminate weeds and return the soil to a usable state. The winery has since planted over 120,000 vines, including Pinot Noir, on the estate. Maysara Winery also offers a unique wedding venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as a Tinoosh Wine Club for members who receive hand-curated allocations, first-access to small-lot productions, and exclusive release parties.
