McFadden Family Vineyard & Farm

McFadden Farm is a family-owned, estate-grown vineyard situated on 1,200 feet of altitude in a scenic area straddling the Russian River and neighboring the Mendocino National Forest. The farm has been in operation since 1970 when Guinness McFadden planted the first vines, and today his children carry on the tradition while expanding their product line to include organic herbs, wild rice, garlic braids, and bay leaf wreaths. The winery practices organic farming and renewable energy, with solar panels and a hydroelectric plant providing clean power for the farm and even supplementing electricity for over 100 nearby homes. McFadden Farm's wines showcase the terroir of their unique location, with award-winning offerings including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Zinfandel, as well as sparkling cuvées and rosé.
