Melville Winery

Melville Winery is an estate winery located in the Sta. Rita Hills appellation of Santa Barbara County, California. Founded in 1996, the winery specializes in producing 100% estate-grown wines from cold-climate varietals such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Grenache. The winemaking philosophy emphasizes "winegrowing," with a focus on organic and sustainable farming practices that work in harmony with Mother Nature to nurture the land. Visitors can experience Melville's wines and hospitality at their estate winery in the Sta. Rita Hills or at their tasting lounge in downtown Santa Barbara, which is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 4pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am to 5pm (or 12-8pm on weekends in Santa Barbara). The winery also offers a wine club with customizable membership levels, delivering wines every winter, spring, and fall.
