The winemaker, Ryan Pease, crafts elegant and well-balanced wines that are true to their terroir, with a focus on unusual varieties such as Ugni Blanc and Mourvèdre. Paix Sur Terre's philosophy is centered around producing site-specific wines that showcase each vineyard's distinct character, using minimal oak and whole cluster fermentation techniques. The winery sources fruit from four exceptional westside Paso Robles vineyards, carefully selecting for freshness and balance of mouthwatering, savory, and mineral qualities.
